Dr. Jennifer Sims is a dedicated physician with an evidence-based, straightforward approach to urgent care medicine. Originally from Oklahoma, she moved to Texas at the age of five and has embraced it as her home ever since. She completed her undergraduate studies at Texas Christian University (TCU) and went on to earn her medical degree from Georgia Campus – Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (GA-PCOM). She further honed her skills with a Family Medicine residency at Baylor Dallas and Mercer in Macon, GA.
Dr. Sims thrives in the dynamic environment of urgent care, where each day brings a variety of cases and challenges. She appreciates the focus on immediate patient care, delivering high quality care where and when you need it. The flexibility of the urgent care schedule allows her to maintain a healthy work-life balance, which is one of the aspects she values most about her position.
As a former soccer player at TCU and an avid sports fan, Dr. Sims enjoys cheering on her alma mater and catching a good game. She also loves attending concerts and spending quality time with friends, soaking in the vibrant culture that the Dallas Fort Worth area has to offer.
